My friend, I love you...
Love of a friend, goes many miles
And carries with it no few smiles
Enriches our lives and makes them glad
Surrounds us in love when we are sad
Lifts up our hearts, to soar above
In wonder at this gift called love
Sitting quietly, sharing a vision
Laughing at ourselves with our mission
To bring dragons to life within the heart
Of a world in despair and torn apart
Cementing a friendship with interest shared
With the knowledge that someone out there cared
Enough to share their thoughts and dreams
Their hopes, their plans and even their schemes
Giggles, snuggles and gentle grins spent
For this miracle of love that we have lent
One to the other, within our own way
Bringing light into each other's day
